          LABELS FOR COMMERCIALLY TREATED SEED MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING ADDITION TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS STATEMENTS:<\/p>\n

          \u201cExposed treated seed may be hazardous to birds and wildlife. Dispose of all excess treated seed and seed packaging or containers by burial away from bodies of water and in accordance with any local requirements. Exception: If the treated seed is soil-injected or soil-incorporated, the Worker Protection Standard, under certain circumstances, allows workers to enter the treated area if there will  be no contact with anything that has been treated.
