\u2022  This means our carbon footprint and emission reductions in New Zealand have been independently verified in line with international best practice, providing credibility to our sustainability claims.<\/p>\n

\u2022  Toitu Envirocare is the gold standard of carbon measurement in New Zealand and has been around since 2001, with its certifications being some of the first in the world to be accredited under ISO 14065. They are a Crown Research Institute with a team of scientists and business experts that lead positive change through a system of robust environmental programmes which are internationally recognised. \u2028They use science-based targets and international best practice.<\/p>\n

\u2022 In 2024, Statistics New Zealand listed the top 10 concerns for New Zealanders \u2013 4\/10 concerns were environmental e.g. build-up of plastic in the environment, extreme weather events, pollution of lakes, rivers and seas and ocean plastic.<\/p>\n\"\"\n
